Dear friends and fellow citizens,
we may have to think about sports in Iridia. What kind of sports is popular in our nation?
Just as a starting point: in the former Habsburgian lands (Austria etc.) soccer and wintersport were the most popular kind of sports. We are of course in no way bound by that.

Football simulation is a very popular sport across micronations. It may be an idea to have a go at that.

Basically you make a team up and use a game to simulate the matches. You can base the odds on previous wins. I'm talking Soccer here. (It pains me to call it that)

it's association football, yes. I'm the head of the FMF (Fédération Micraise du Football) and organise (with a lot of help) tournaments between nations on Micras.
I'm not too sure of Irídia's standing at the moment, whether you're on Micras still or have officially left. I know an Irídian player plays in Cräiteland's League (Lucas Zaya, Striker)
