Introduction
The Iridian Empire, through majority vote by its citizens and approval by its Kaiser, hereby ratifies this constitution.
Chapter 1
The Executive Branch
I. The Iridian Empire is an absolute monarchy, ruled by a Kaiser.
II. The Kaiser is the Head of State.
III. The Kaiser has the power to make laws, declare war, grant citizenship, appoint Ministers and other government officials, issue legislation, conduct diplomacy, and create or disband the Ruling Council.
IV. The Kaiser may appoint a regent in his absence.
V. The Kaiser appoints a Chancellor, who acts as Head of Government.
VI. The Chancellor acts as an advisor to the Kaiser, and is second in command of the nation.
VII. The Kaiser is advised by the Ruling Council.
VIII. The Ruling Council is made up of the heads of the various Government Ministries.
IX. The Kaiser chooses 1 of the members of the Ruling Council to act as Chief Advisor.
X. The Chief Advisor acts as Head of the Ruling Council.
XI. The Kaiser, Chancellor, and the Ruling Council makes up the Executive Branch of the government.
Chapter 2
The Legislative Branch
XII. The Iridian Empire has a unicameral legislature.
XIII. The legislature is called the Imperial Diet.
XIV. Each Grand Duke gets one vote in the Assembly.
XVI. The Diet has the authority to make laws.
XVII. The Kaiser may approve or rejected bills and Assemble or dissolve the General Assembly as he sees fit.
Chapter 3
The Judicial Branch
XVIII. The judiciary is made up of the High Court; all of its decisions are final.
XIX. The High Court will consist of one Chief Justice.
XX. The Chief Justice is appointed by the Kaiser.
XXI. The High Court is the Judicial Branch of the government.
Chapter 4
Grand Duchies
XXII. A Grand Duchies is an administrative division in an area claimed by Iridia.
XXIII. The Grand Duchies of the Empire are led by a Grand Duke.
XXIV. Grand Dukes are appointed by the Kaiser, and serve for as long as the Kaiser permits.
Chapter 5
Citizens
XXV. Anyone, regardless of race, gender, religion, or nationality can become a citizen of Iridia.
XXVI. All Persons bearing Iridian citizenship shall be entitled to total rights, regardless of race, gender, or religion. They shall not be denied any freedom on these bases, nor shall they be allowed any unfair privileges on these bases.
XXVII. All persons bearing Iridian citizenship have the right to a fair trial, and full representation in court. Should no Defendant be available, the state will always provide one. No decisions may be made on account of the bases outlined in Article XXVI.
XXVIII. Citizens have the right of freedom of speech, the right to gather in groups, the right to non-violent protest, the right to political satire, the right of freedom of religion, the right to trial by jury, the right to leave the nation unless circumstances dictate otherwise, the right to bear arms, and all basic rights and freedoms recognized by Intermicronational Law.
XXIX. Only the Kaiser and Chancellor can grant citizenship.

Amendments
XXX. The Kaiser reserves the right to amend the constitution.
XXXI. If this occurs, the old constitution will become null and void.
