Ok, you can add your own to it, but here we are:
Fair and open foriegn policy Free Education up to university where students recieve grants Income tax to be an equal percentage for everyone (you may argue if you don't like this) Underprivaledged families entitled to bursaries for a set period of time. (can be expanded) Immigration to be open to everyone, but lots of regulations put on (eg. anyone with a dangerious criminal record not to be allowed in) A renewable energy policy(needs oto be expanded) A nationalised rail service A nationalised Health service A nationalised building service (basically providing cheap homes, good for bringing in money)
Is that ok?

Thats ok, a friendlydebate is good here.
I like the way it is because:
1) How do you define wealthy? If they were millionaires yes, if they got a decent amount wage, how would we know how much debt they aere already in? Centre leftism (the party's stance) says that you ahve to help the poor, but don't forget everyone else.
2) About the non-citizens. I can see why you'd say that, but the question is, would haveing foriegn students here help the economy/country? I haven't really made my mind up there...

a.)By wealthy I mean $2,000,000. b.)If foreign students got grants, that would dry up the economy. They will probably move back too their home country anyway.Just look at the U.S.A. and all of those immigrants.I agree we should have an open border policy, but once those immigrants are citizens they should not be able to go back and live in their old country. Ok,thats about it

$2,000,000 is a lot! I live in the UK, I'd say wealthy was £40,000 per annum. ($80,000 USD) (parents don't count ) Just depends on your personal experience really where you want it to be set. grants probably wouldn't dry up the economy. I'm for all people getting a fair chance, so how about people coming into our country to study get special grants which are far more restricted. So the money would be less, and the uses would be restricted. (say it would be on a card whiich could be used as a normal chip&pin but you can only buy food, and books with it). I think they should have the right to stay here, if you look at all the taxes they would pay through VAT and normal taxes, they may actually end up giving us more money than we give them... SO, how about we ammend the Student grant thing to: •Students should get grants depending on thier financial state mean the earn over £40,000. Immigrants may apply for immigrant loans, but these may only be used for certain purchases.

Do you think that there should be a carbon tax?

In my opinion, yes. Not because Carbon is bad and nasty, but because there are other chemicals that are polluted which are bad for the old health (eg. Benzene (sp/) which gives cancer in car fuels). So yes. I'd agree with a carbon tax.

How shall we implement these policies in terms of gaining seats? Could you discuss this with the emperor?

I think we would put them to every Member of parliament hten we would have a vote. these would then get legislated and become laws.
Thats how it would work in theory. I haven't any elestion things yet though, so a house of parliament may be far away.
